I begin with a detailed conversation about your budget, must-haves, and timing, then set you up with a custom search directly from the MLS so you see accurate, real-time listings before most public sites update. I connect you with trusted lenders for pre-approval, schedule and attend showings, and help you evaluate each property with clear pros and cons.

When you're ready, I draft a competitive offer, negotiate price and terms, and coordinate inspections, appraisal, title, and closing so nothing slips through the cracks. In most cases my fee is paid by the listing brokerage, with only a $495 broker admin fee on most transactions, so you get professional representation with predictable costs.
